Developed by David Rabiner, Ph.D., Research Professor Emeritus at Duke University, following the American Academy of Pediatrics' recommendation that treatment be regularly monitored and include feedback from a child's teacher.

Here's how it works:

Set up

Enter your info to get started. You don't need your child's teacher's email yet — you can add it later.

Teacher is contacted

Teacher gets an intro email, then rating requests at the frequency you choose — weekly or monthly.

You receive results

You get a results summary by email each time — including trend graphs over time.

Share with clinician

Keep your child's clinician informed by sharing results with them.
